Emotional 13 Year Old Sings To Her Dying Father. The Audience Can’t Help But Cry With Her…

Evie Clair is a thirteen year old girl with a passion for singing and playing the piano.  She is from Phoenix Arizona and has loved music since she was two years old.  She sang the National anthem at a Diamondbacks game.  She has also released two pop singles, won in her category at the 2014 Arizona’s Rockin’ with the Talent.

She has become quite an accomplished artist for such a young lady.  She received one of three Judges Choice awards in a world-wide contest for her cover of “Glorious.”  She was also awarded by Arizona Interfaith Movement for her cover of “Take On Me” for promoting the Golden Rule and presented at the Parliament of the World’s Religions.

Evie’s father, Amos Ablanalp has been fighting stage four colon cancer for a while and was given a 5 percent chance of survival.  But despite his health challenges, Amos is mostly concerned about Evie.  Her competition is very important to him.  He loves his oldest daughter and wants the world for her.

He watched Evie’s competition on America’s Got Talent from his hospital bed. “Good luck, baby!” he told the camera from his bed, giving her a double thumbs up. “I’m sorry I missed it live.”  Five acts automatically moved on to the next stage of the competition during Wednesday’s show, but Evie wasn’t among them.
